Math Scholarship Competition

On Saturday, February 27, 2021, the department will host the annual Brother Dominic Barry Math Problem Solving Competition for students who applied for admission to the College. This year, the competition will be held remotely, and will include both a written and an oral exam. The exams are designed to challenge students’ problem solving and critical thinking skills, while requiring no prerequisite knowledge other than high school math courses. The two highest scorers in the competition will be awarded scholarships worth $13,000 annually, renewable for four years.
