Our Faculty

We are a relatively small department of faculty with diverse academic backgrounds and research interests. Our majors and minors enjoy close relationships with the faculty and a strong sense of community. Our students have opportunities to participate in summer research with faculty as well as various projects and outreach programs organized throughout the semester.

Our Students

Our majors pursue a wide range of careers after graduation. Recent graduates have accepted jobs in teaching, actuary science, finance, the tech industry, and others have earned graduate fellowships in mathematics and other sciences. Our students are passionate about academics and they are active in the community; you will often find them working in programs like JumpStart and Expand Your Horizons.
